고등학교 특수학급 3학년 학생들을 대상으로 그들이 현재 받고있는 직업교육의 과정과 취업의 문제가 드러나는데…

The problem arouse from the course of special job training and employment for disabled high school students in third grade.

기획의도

고등학교 특수학급은 대부분 정신지체를 가진 학생들이다. 이들에 대한 직업교육은 교육과정이 없거나 형식적으로 이루어지고 있다. 이들은 고등학교가 최종교육기관임에도 불구하고 학교를 졸업한 후 다시 가정으로 되돌아가고 있다. 이러한 악순환의 전철을 밟지 않기 위해서는 다양한 직업교육과 실제적인 교육활동이 필요하다. 

Special class of high school is for students who have intellectual disability. Job training course for them doesn't exist from the beginning or, even if it exists, it is just carried out for the sake of formality. Although high school is a final education institute for them, they are going back to home after graduation. To avoid such vicious circle, various job training class and practical education is needed.
